Great skillets., (What's this?) These skillets are great. Nothing seems to stick while cooking and clean-up is easy, just wipe clean. I would recommend these skillets for every day cooking.
Great set!, (What's this?) This set works well with my ceramic-glass cooktop stove. They take a little bit longer to heat but keep the heat well and evenly. This is a great set for the price (so much cheaper than Calphalon pans) and does the job just like the higher end brands do.

makes a nice omelet, (What's this?) I have nice pans (All Clad) but no non-stick. my omelets were suffering. After my husband did a lot of research (he researches every purchase), he determined that non-stick surface is non-stick surface so you don't need to get the top of the line for these pans. This cooks well - pretty evenly -- and is sturdy. Pretty good and good value with the 2 pans.
Heavy duty pans, (What's this?) I bought these to replace aging tfal pans. No comparison they seem well made heavy duty pan for all cooking types. manufacture recommends no use of spray on oils. I think If I follow their instructions for use the pans will be around for a long time. I just need to keep them out of the hands of my twenty year old.
Non-stick is truly non-stick, (What's this?) I purchased these pans 6 months ago and they have seen near-daily use.
The non-stick finish still releases food like the first time I used the pans. Granted, I've never washed them in the dishwasher or used metal utensils on them.
The copper bottom has become stained from use, but I'm sure I could buy some copper cleaner and bring it back to like-new luster.
Lucky me, (What's this?) I had no idea what to expect when I ordered these items. This was my first experience with Anolon and I am pleased to report that the pans are much better than any other non stick pans I have used in the past. The exterior seems to resist discoloring and the interior remains scratch free. I cannot bring myself to use metal utensils although the manufacturer claims that they will not harm the surface.
Great pans, (What's this?) I have been looking at these pans in department stores but could not justafie (can't spell) paying over $40.00 for just one pan.
