Best Ever non-stick pan you can buy, Wonderful cookware. The BEST non-stick you can find anywhere. I've had my three pieces for at least seven years and they are still the same. Whenever I'm going to cook sauces, rice, I use these pans as I know the cleanup will be easy and the taste excellent. I found mine though at T.J. Maxx and/or Marshall's, but don't see them often and still looking for more. I was drawn to how smooth the pans are inside and out and haven't regretted a day using them. Made in Germany. Absolutely the best saucepans and omelet pans you can buy. Will see what Amazon's selection is and probably buy more.
Nice skillet, not ideal for omelets, (What's this?) Nice, heavy cast aluminum skillet with great non-stick properties. After a couple of months of light use, it is still very "slippery" when cooking. I mostly use it to make omelets and it works fine. My only disappointment is that the sides are a bit too steep (vertical) to make it an IDEAL omelet pan.
Great Skillet, (What's this?) This is a great pan to use from cooking eggs to sauteing onions, garlic or whatever.
Dream pans! Time will earn 5th star., (What's this?) So far, the most amazing pans I've ever used (including Calphalon and La Creuset). Fully non-stick, even around the outside, so spill-over doesn't stick. Virtually indestructible with standard non-stick care (per Berndes website: "The nonstick surface is designed to never chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel"). That's important on my old electric stove, and with the heavy use that I put them through. I accidentally dropped a heavy steak knife--edge down--and no mark at all! Not supposed to do that, but it held up anyway :-)
I also got a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Both are fabulous for EGGS! The most beautiful omelets, scrambled, and over-easy's I've ever made. Delicate, fluffy, no crunchy edges, etc.
Perfect pan, (What's this?) This pan is very light and well made. I could tell the difference in quality between other pans immediately. The cast aluminum is much better quality than molded. It also distributes the heat evenly, and the non stick coating is smooth and durable.
review, (What's this?) This order was handled on time. The product came as advertised, in new condition. This is the latest in our conversion to this brand of cooking products, and we are very pleased with the results.
Time-saver, I always do sunny-on-the-side for my breakfast. I don't have to put any oil or butter on pre-heat and the "sunny" shapes perfect every time. After cooking, it takes only 1 minute to wash up and wipe with a paper towel. It saves me at least 10 minutes on every use and gives me the luxury to enjoy the time with the meal.
Excellent skillet, (What's this?) Just a pleasure to use. We find an occasional spray of nonstick is needed, but no complaints. Works as advertised.
