pancake heaven, (What's this?) I make a cake in my cast iron skillet reminiscent of the bygone plantation days of Hawai'i. I love the heat of a cast iron skillet and will continue to make these cakes until I cannot cook no more.
small but good, (What's this?) When I ordered this product I didn't realize how small this is. I can only scramble about one egg on it. However, for the price you can't beat a real cast iron pan. I use this almost daily and so far there is no sign of any wear and tear on it.
Great for small jobs!, (What's this?) This is my only cast iron pan for now. I got it because it was the cheapest one and I absolutely desired a cast iron pan, no matter how small it was. Despite its tiny size (A bit smaller than a small stove coil), I have managed to cook many things in it. This will be good for making at most a meal for two people. It is perfect for one person.
I've heard that cheap pans tend to have defects like cracks, sharp edges, and places which needed to be buffed out. This pan had none of those. The workmanship is excellent. Also, this did not have any weird pre-seasoning chemicals.
I am quite satisfied with this little pan, and look forward to getting a bigger one to join it.
